These terms apply when you use this website, request a quotation or place an order with AFRIODA.
Product information
We describe products as accurately as we can. Photographs marked as illustrative show the type of product, not the exact item you will receive. Agricultural products vary naturally in size, colour and moisture.
Prices
Prices are shown in Tanzanian shillings (TZS). A price applies only when it is shown on the product page at the time you order. Quotations are valid for the period stated on the quotation.
Orders
An order is accepted when we confirm it. We may decline or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, if a price was shown in error, or if we cannot deliver to the location given. If you have paid for an order we cancel, we will refund the amount paid.
Payment
Payment methods available are shown at checkout. Where online payment is not available, we will confirm how to pay when we confirm your order.
Delivery and collection
Delivery and collection arrangements are confirmed with each order. See our Delivery, returns and cancellations page.
Livestock
Livestock sales are arranged individually. The animals, their health documentation, transport and the point at which responsibility passes to the buyer are agreed in writing before payment.
